Meet Our Alumni Coordinator, Mandi GarciaWith over a decade of experience in outreach and community building, I am passionate about making recovery not just sustainable, but meaningful and FUN! I believe that community is at the heart of successful long-term recovery, and I’m grateful every day to nurture a thriving alumni network where people support, celebrate, and show up for each other—especially on the hard days. We all have tough moments, but we don’t all have them at the same time—and that’s where the power of connection comes in. When I’m not fostering community, I’m enjoying time with my kids, catching a baseball game, or getting lost in a good book.
The alumni group is a free aftercare program offered to all clients who complete our programs. The purpose of the alumni group is to help maintain the fellowship they gain whilst in treatment.
In treatment, we have an extensive amount of accountability tied around us. When graduating and learning to navigate the world sober, it can, at times, feel overwhelming. The alumni support group is here to offer you a safe place to come back to and maintain fellowship and accountability.
If you are an alumnus of Fair Oaks Recovery Center, this group is available to you for as long as we are here.
Once you have completed one of our treatment programs you are an alumnus of Fair Oaks Recovery Center!
