What to Expect

When getting ready to start treatment or help a loved one start treatment, there are a lot of questions. We are here at Fair Oaks Recovery Center to help answer any questions you may have. We offer a warm and caring environment designed to help you begin the healing process.

The usual transition from initial call to starting treatment can look something like this, though each case can be unique in its own way!

• We strive to answer your calls each and every time, and for an admissions specialist to contact you back as soon as possible to help assist you and your loved ones. During the initial call, we will talk about basic information about yourself and how we might be able to help you. We can obtain your insurance information during this time, if you like, so that we can run your insurance to find out what will be your financial responsibility for treatment.
• Next, we will run your insurance and relay the benefits to you. During that time we can also schedule an assessment or an admission to Fair Oaks Recovery Center. If you chose to do an assessment prior to your admission, we can either call you on the phone, or you can come in to see the facility and meet one of our admissions specialists in person.
• After the assessment has been completed, or the admission has been scheduled, we will get paperwork together to sign upon admission. We welcome any calls you may have with questions regarding your admission!
