Laugh and let go of things that are not in your control: Remember not to take things so seriously and let God handle what you can’t.

Read, write and rejuvenate: Pen to paper and reading stories of hope can always rejuvenate our souls.

By taking little steps each day, we can begin understand the importance of self-care in addiction recovery. Our recovery depends on it and we’re worth it!
